I have been a teacher and counsellor for twenty years, and am a Registered Clinical Counsellor. I am a specialist in helping parents navigate the public education system, planning for post-secondary career, and life coaching.

Some other issues I’ve supported clients with include life transitions, stress management, career exploration, identity, anxiety, depression, healthy relationships, parenting, and sexuality.

In my personal life, my experience as a caring husband and involved parent have further afforded me an understanding of the challenges facing individuals and families today.

My personal philosophy is that wellness cannot be divided into clean and separate categories such as emotional well-being and physical health. All aspects of your wellness are interconnected, therefore my approach to your pursuit of better health is holistic. I provide an environment that is objective, neutral, and nonjudgmental.
